My sweet tooth is coming back and I need help.  I attacked a pack of Oreo cookies for the first time since surgery.  I ate 4 cookies and it felt great until I was done, then the guilt came.
My question is what other sweets are out there for us to eat? Help a sista out  Pleeeeeaaase!!!!!

Hey Pearl, always like seeing your avatar.  I am diabetic and have found sf products much tasteful.  One in mind that I am looking forward to is the sf apple pie.  I have not tried yet however you might be able to give it a try.  What I have tried is 80 calorie breyers ice cream. I did not dump and I am learning to only eat once a week (1 cup).  Actually have not had any in two weeks.  Good Luck. MD we were posting at the same time ETA I also love sf pops cherry and grape my fave.

I pray to always remember newbies

Breyers and Perry's and blue bunny have SF ice cream selections...also try your local ice cream parlor they may have SF,Lactose Free, and Fat free selections . My local ice cream parlor dose but not a whole lot of choices in the flavors.  I usually get a scoop of sugar free and have them put some pecans or peanuts on top.

Hi pearl768.  I know what u mean I have been experiencing this too but if you like Oreo's there are Sugar Free ones, I just bought a pack yesterday.  It was actually for my husband which is diabetic and he was soo happy when he saw them.

I am more of a pastry eater I love strawberry cheese cake and I had  slice yesterday.  I haven't had any dumping on anything so it's easy for me to slip up but I usually eat sugar free stuff.  Hope this helps

Wow...Lisa....these look good. The nutritional content really surprized me...
8 cookies for 100 calories and 16 carbs. I wish they had the vanilla...I really don't like dark chocolate taste.  I like either light chocolate or vanilla flavors.

Howdy Pearl

How's your protein intake? I've heard that sweet cravings can come from insufficient protein.

I like the Baskin Robbins SF Pralines & Cream hard candies. Serving size is FOUR pieces . But if you eat just one, you're looking at 3.75g of sugar alcohols.

ETA: One piece is only 10 cals!
