What Motivates YOU ???

Once you start your feeling will change the rush that you get from after the work out and you actually do feel better is what got me even though I do  have a very addictive personality ( The Taurus in me..lol ) so maybe that helped as well. Isa I soooooo hated the word, thought and anything else that was associated with exercise , but I knew I was tired of being out of shape and went to the gym stayed in the gym so much the DH bought me a treadmill and a elliptical so I could  work out at home in the am 4:30 and usually around 6:30-7pm or after dinner. Once you do anything for 6weeks it become a habit. Get It girl, I wish my job would give me exercise time shoot if I walk down to broad street there calling my phone...lol

Hey Miss... In our new house we will have 4 bedrooms and one of the 4 will be the exercise room... All I need is the eliptical and I will be good to go and a little weight set... That would help out a lot so that I can get up early and get busy... How have you been?

I'm good and You? We could always meet up at the Temple field and start off slow and just walk around 4 times that a miles right there. I'm good for getting up and driving over there and walking there are several women that out there early in the morning. With your Ipod you will be surprised at how many times you go around after getting into the zone. I walk 4 then jog twice and then fast pace it up because I'm still to fat to run..LOL  You know you like to shop so park all the way at one end of the mall and walk to the other side you have to go back and get your car so you have no other choice , but to walk all the way back. Thats more then a thirty minute walk there. Start slow just move, that's what my doctor told me.  And I'm good for going to the mall and walking I may come out with a couple of bag, but hell I walked..LOL

My motivation is I have not been in the 100's since 8th grade. I got on the scale this morning and i weighed 200.2 ().. My heaviest weight is 302lbs.

It feels so good to know that one day this week i will be 199!!!Go tanya Go tanya...

I am sooooo proud of you... You are doing great... I love seeing people who I have talked to prior to surgery... One more lb and you will be there... My motivation should be the 13 lbs I have left until I reach 199... If I can get in Onderland before my 6 month anniversary I would love it...

Thanks so much... My 6month annivery is this Friday, and I cant wait to see the look on my surgeons face. When i was two months out i was practically in tears cuz i wasnt losing fast enough. He made some adjustments and my weight took off!!!!

You are sooo close to Onederland............Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

What were the adjustments that your doctor made?  Was it to your diet?

He told me to drink water water water!!! cut out "sweet tastin" drinks, like Crystal light, and Sf kool aid. He said the sweet taste triggers the brain to desire more which will cause you to munch and snack alot (it was so true)... then he increased my fiber intake and took me off carbs (periodically). He adjusted my thyroid medications, and told me to do only cardio at the gym and lay off the machines for a while.... i did all this and started dropping pounds like crazy

Girl thanks so much.  I drink 48oz of Crystal light everyday...thats the only way I've been consuming my water.  I've never been able to drink just straigh****er...but my weightloss is worth giving it another try!!  Thanks again....

To be honest I don't exercise much but I need too, but my closet full of size 4's motivates me to watch everything I eat.
