I don't really have a plan.
This morning I has 1/2 egg and a bite of turkey sausage that seems to be fighting it's way back up.
Lunch and dinner don't look so good.  I hope to get some protein shakes in today.

Good Morning

I had a birthday party last night. I am going to get 10 minutes of moving in today as well. My head hurts so it will take me 10 minutes to walk from the bed to the bathroom...what a workout.

Lunch-Santa Fe Chicken salad

Dinner-yogurt, frozen fruit and light orange juice smoothie

I have salmon patties for breakfast sometimes as well. I love them
