Dinner - BLT in mini wheat pita cheese added
Snack if needed - graham cracker w/ cheese or fruit

Vits and water done except calcium
3 mile walk at lunch w/ weight vest.

B- 2 egg whites, turkey bacon, protein coffee
L- Mixed green salad with grilled chicken, cherry tomatos, fat-free rasberry vinegette dressing on the side.
D-undecided, but leaning toward baked chicken wings, spinach and a salad

Not feeling the walk in the rain, but, gotta do what I gotta do.

B- Protien Caramel Frappachino
S- Lasagne made with Dreamfield's pasta
L- Free KFC chicken meal hehe, prob cole slaw and mac&cheese, still thinking...to biscuit or not to biscuit?
S- Protien shake for after workout
D- Cream of mushroom chicken,lots of gravy, sat in the crockpot all nite yummy, big spoon of mashed potatoes, greens

Will do my 3 miles at lunch and boot camp tonite, all water, vits, yada yada yada

All liquids again for me today.  I'm on tap with everything except working out.  I'm getting a perm today and can't have my pores open LOL!  My damn head would be on FIIIIYYYYAAAAHHH LOL.
I was once a mess!!  My mess is now my message!! WLS saves lives!!  I'm living proof!
