A RUNNING / WALKING TIP FOR YALL

When I ran this morning I purposely held my stomach muscles really tight for the entire time I ran which was 46 minutes.    Now I'm sitting here in bed and I couldn't figure out why the hell my stomach is sore as if I did a ton of sit ups,  it's the holding my abs tight yall.   EUREKA !!!!

mmmmm  I might be on to something here.   Hold abs tight when I run and I get a ab and cardio workout,  kill 2 birds one stone.  mmmmm.   maybe.   lol. 

Just thinking aloud.

I hold my six pack, uh, beer barrell in on the regular.  Makes me feel like I have less of a beer distillary down there.  lol lol.

Ms. Lee - you're an inspiration to me!!!      Don't know how you do it but I'm GLAD that you do!!!  I'm gonna try to hold mine in while I walk - ((((picturing myself trying to walk & chew gum....ohhh boy?!?!?!?!?)))))

I was thinking about you this morning when I had trouble walking after working out last night - I thought "Ms. Lee is RUNNING in the R.A.I.N - you're walking in the sunshine - get to steppin & quit yo fussin!!!!"         and smile about it!!!

That is a good idea, I will try it tonight when I work out.  I hate working out, however now that food is no longer my problem I gotta get my but in that gym everyday!

Hey Shani
You just need to put your sensor in a sandwhich bag and put it under your laces.  Here is a quick video of how to do it.
