New to BAF, 10 yrs out (x-post)
Pastor Di

Now YOU are who I've been waiting for to come on here. I was wondering why I hadn't seen you.
I was about to make a post and ask about you and a few others that I hadn't seen. It"s so good to see you, what a sight for sore eyes. But, just one thing, who is this lady in your avatar?
Girrrrrrrrrlllllll !!!!! I think this is one of the greatest transformations I have seen. Wow, YOU are "STUNNINGLY GORGEOUS." Keep on doing what you're doing.

A big THANK YOU to each & every one of you for the warm welcome!!!
As DD said above on keeping it real as it relates to regain; Miz D got it just right - we must stay on our game and not get too comfortable!!!!!
I cannot stress the importance of this statement! It's even more important to keep this at the forefront of your mind the further out you go.
The only thing we can allow to become "common place" for us is to continue to move in order for calorie & fat burning to occur (keep that furnace burning; we cannot afford to allow that fuel to get low!) and to continually control what we eat and drink.
There is no excuse. I fell into a complacent comfy space of being
. I/we simply do NOT have the luxury of that. That's why I'm up from there!
This (re-wired lifestyle) is not a diet. I repeat, this is not a diet!
Faith T said, "the pounds are not gone FOREVER...and that is indeed a journey and you must work the tool" --- AMEN, Sista!!!!!
