HELLO MY NAME IS CHRIS I HAD MY SURGERY SEPT 19 08 I HAVE LOST100POUNDS MAKE SURE YOU TAKE YOUR VITAMIN AND YOUR PROTEIN I DID NOT NOW I HAVE NO HAIR I WEAR WIG BEFORE I HAD THE SURGERY MY HAIR WAS TO MY SHOLDER IF YOU WANT I CAN BE THAIR FOR YOU THROUGH THIS PAGE HEAR TO HELP OH YEA MY MOM **** ME OFF ALL THE TIME LOL

Moms can be irritating but at least your MOM can remember you. LOOK for someone just in case she not there when the time come.

Moms can be irritating at times I know, not really from personal experience (my mom has been
gone since I was 15 years old.)  Wish she was here to bug me a little.  lol     I am sure my daughter could point out many things I do that rub her the wrong way. (lol   lol)  Guess that"s just how moms are.

Not meaning to discount your aggravation ...... at all.  Hope your mom will be able to go with you and she probably will.  Maybe have a back up just in case though.

In addition to what everyone else has said...perhaps moms is just feeling a little ashamed at her own performance and does not want to be reminded that she should be doing better.

Of course she loves you & will probably end up going.  I know that when I wasn't doing the things I needed to do for my WLS...I stayed far away of anything that would remind of my perceived failure or shortcomings.

Wishing everything works out for you! Have a great weekend but do work on getting your backup

I agree that your Mom may be feeling 'weird' about going back into that forum, especially if she hasn't done that well or learned anything along the way.  What's your Plan-B in the event she doesn't come thru for you???  Honey, sometimes family is not the 'best choice' to link-arms with - can you choose someone who may not be so close to you?    If all else fails, grab one of these HOT CHICKS from BAF in your area!!!    We're a team!

Girl, don't give your Mamma heck on Mothers Day.   Just know she loves you and she may not be able to come to you aid in this situation due to her own obstacles in her own mind.  Maybe acknowledge for yourself what's holding her back and then move on.   PLUS, you can't force someone to take a look in the mirror if they aren't ready to see what/who's looking back at them.  AND if all else fails, the saying still is true - "Yo Mamma brought you into this world and she can still take you out!" 

I promise I will be good and not give her heck this weekend, I’m just happy that she’s going to church with me, I’ve been working on that one for a min!!!!   Sooo my Plan B   ~I have my friend since 6^th grade, she’s my hype about me doing this than I am I think   ~There’s my best friend’s wife, she pregnant so I don’t know if I can tolerate her through a class     ** I will have it together by Sunday!!!
