Hey everybody, I am new to this forum and group. I have decided to continue my weight loss journey by taking the lapband road. I am a newbie to it all, so I'm here to learn and for support. I am on youtube and made a video about my decision and the first 2 comments were not very positive...don't get me wrong, they were not rude but anyone who has struggled with weight loss shouldn't have to ask me "have you tried not eating processed foods and excercising more?" I mean DUH!
