Lemme 'lone you two...

I can't help it.  Some weeks it's all uneventful like a white person's funeral.  Then again some weeks I got more ***** events going on back there than Jacob Javitts Center in NYC and the BET studios in DC.

Shani, you know that "30g at once" is a myth, right? I have seen several posts on this on the Nutrition board. To date there is nothing that shows it to be true.

My nutritionist said that some people don't agree and like everything else there's studies that coincide with it and some that don't. She goes with the rule of thought that 30 g is the max. And with some of my protien being $38 dollars a tub.....I'd rather be safe than sorry YKWIM

$38 a tub!? How about that great tasting isopure zero carb perfect at $68.99 a dayum tub!? I'm ordering it from isopure.com - on sale for $37.50, free shipping.

(I did get it on sale for $51.99 - but dayum!)

Cookie - I remember seeing that tub at your house last year...but girl, it is SOOO delicious!! I just fixed a double thick protein shake...and added s-f cool whip on top...yummy!

I was using Protein Delite but they no longer make it here in the states - it was much cheaper..but hey, I'm sticking to this isopure...

Yep - this is it!  I have the Strawberries & Cream - too good.

Protein frosty:

1 scoop of Isopure (I only use 1 scoop for 25g of protein)
small amount of crushed ice
3 spoons of sliced, fresh strawberries
1/3 cup of Lactaid reduced fat milk (you can also just use water)

In Magic Bullet, add in this order:

Strawberries
milk
ice
protein powder

Then blend for about 10-15 seconds...

Thanks DD sounds very good. At that price I better buy two tubs because I'm not sure I would purchase at the regular price :)
