Hey CJ, just be careful about geting a lot of protien in at one time. They say only professional athletes and body builders can absorb that much protien at one time. My nutritionist gave me some info on it before, but I sure can't find it now. Normies only take in ~30g max in one sitting. If you google protien absorbtion you can find some info on it. As much as protien costs I wouldn't want you wasting it!
