Tell the truth! What's for breakfast?

Scrambled egg, cheese, tukery sausage wrap on 4 net carb pita bread, one bottle of water. Thyroid meds.

20+ grams protein, 4 carbs

I am trying to keep my carbs at or below 75 a day.

I make 12 ounces of coffe and drink half while it's still hot.  I add a scoop of protein to the other half once it has cooled.  You can also add SF syrups to make it tastier.

Try hot chocolate with chocolate protein powder, splenda, and SF chocolate syrup....delicious! Make sure it has cooled before adding the protein.

Thanks. I too always wondered how you did the "protein coffee" thing. So add the protein when it cools...gotcha! Taking notes, taking notes
