FRIDAY SHOUT OUT
Why oh why did I walk in the wrong shoes yesterday....shins hurt so bad I had to turn to icy hot...soooo stinky!
Bfast - 2 chick fil a minis/coffee w/ protein
Lunch - 2 Chick fil a minis
Dinner - sm side spinach salad w/ grilled chicken
Snack - unsweetened appple sauce if needed.
1 Gal water calcium and b12 so far...the rest are scheduled.
3mile walk at lunch.
B- protein coffee
L-protein smoothie with fruit and yogurt
S-Garden salad
D-feeling some hot wings. Not sure since I don't get off til 9.
No exercise. My legs are very sore since I started back jogging outside. On second thought, I may just work on my upper body, abs, and obliques.
Water: 1 gallon
