A WOW MOMENT I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE!!!
I am so glad u posted this! I had surgery 2 days before you and have lost about the same and have been beating myself up like crazy. It's nice to know that my rate of loss is normal. People can say it over and over but you still compare and beat yourself up for not meeting your expectations no matter how lofty they may be. Wouldn't you know that today I ran into an old coworker @ the gas station and he looked at me like I was crazy for talking to him. Granted I had on a hat and shades, but even when I took the shades off it took him a minute. I totally agree, it was a nice feeling and I'm so happy for you!!!

Good for you! It is good to be in like company. Thanks for the reply you lifted my spirits today as well. I have a new motivation to fight off the last 10-15 lbs. Wishing you the same.
