OT Lil Kim Voted off Dancing WTF

This is not a shock however once again another day around the way.  Rumor has it because of her bid in prison she was voted off. So now 98.7 Kiss in NY is talking about protest.  When will our people *****turning back into our communities be able to live in the free world.  What are your thoughts?

A protest - over a dancing show?  are you serious?

Can we come together that hard on the health care crisis in our country?  Can we get togther like that and work on the broken relationships we have in our community?  Can we come together like that to support our children who are growing up with less and less morals as the generations pass?

We all pick out battles and I see your point. For some, this was just a outrage.  What I would like to see protested is the injustices centered around ex-offenders.  This cry for help is just another way to show unity. ETA Not the tango another denied access

Some black folks nowadays really need to start finding more constructive things to do with their time besides wanting to protest some bull**** television program about dancing.  Seriously.  Better education in our school systems, reduce black on black crime, hell save the gott-dayum whales...  Anything besides protesting a fuggin' TV show about dancing.

As cheesy and stupid as the protest is it has a point. The utlimate purpose of incarceration is rehabilitation to re-enter society, the community, our community as a changed person who is free to live his or her life. Now, ******g Martha Stewart came out and her success continued. For Lil Kim, because she is an African American female rap artist associated with rappers with poor decision making skills themselves for adults, she is forever stigmatized!!!!!!!!!!!! IT is nothing new that a majority of the men incarcerated are black men. And, we wonder why they can't hold a job after paying their dues to society. Its because of petty bull**** like this. In essence, it would be great if we could stand behind one another about many other IMPORTANT issues but we don't and its ******g sad.

So, Jennifer Hudson on Idol was a conspiracy too?

and where's the outrage over the black contestants on Survivor that get voted off?

AND who says it had EVERYTHING to do with her status and not her dancing?  Just cause SOME feel she was better than another couple - so what?  heck, i am STILL trying to understand how Jennifer H didn't win her season of Idol but now has Grammys and Oscars - where was the wholesale outrage over Ruben Studdard and Clay Aiken - the first time Idol double billed two singers - more mofos know Clay than Ruben....

Point is - it's easy to get up at arms about that aspect when no one want to admit the TRUTH which is
#1 - Judges weren't impressed with her dancing that much
#2 - Folk didn't call in to vote for HER like they did the mofos that's still on the show!

By the way, Pink, Surrender, and others - how many calls did YOU make to vote for that video ho??

I dont' even know why the **** I bother cuz negroes don't look at both sides of the coin. Yea we all know that Clay sings better than Reuben! Big **** there's no quams there.

Thank you Heffa! lol When I saw that Lil Kim was voted off I immediately thought of the Vanderville when they kept from broadcasting Great African Americans talents such as Bojangles and Ethel Waters in the South.

Ok - now you're reaching.  Lil Kim is not the next great Black Ballroom dancer.  Period.

Bottom line - it's a REALITY POPULARITY show!!!!  That heffa wasn't that popular, appearently.  So Clay can be labeled as a better talent than Ruben and you agree with that, but because you feel Kim is better than those staying on the show, it's a racial conspiracy and a case of criminal status slander?

ummm - ok.  I thought if folk didn't get enough calls, they didn't move on in the competition - I mean, that's how all the seasons I watched worked.
