Tell the truth! What's for breakfast?
I have been going through it...BUT it has nothing to do with me staying focused and on track! I'm always keeping it healthy for my body...get in all my vitamins, exercising - 60 minutes in the evening and doing 3 miles at lunch when weather permits, and drinking- at least 120 oz of water a day!

This morning I had:
1 1/2 scoops of Isopure Whey Protein (strawberries and cream) --about 30g of protein
4 chunks of pineapples
3 strawberries
1/2 banana
Activia Peach Yogurt
Water
Splenda
Flaxseed
This is very filling and it takes a while to get it all down.
When I was struggling to get my protein in, I would mix 1 scoop of Isopure with 3 ounces of water and just drink it down. Isopure is one of the purest proteins on the market and mixes easily with just a little water.
