Peppermint Oil/Pills
I have no experience with peppermint pills. But, I'm experienced in aromatherapy and can tell you that inhaling the scent of peppermint essential oil works wonders. Also, drinking peppermint tea will work equally as well. And in cases where you can't get the oil or tea, sugarfree peppermint Altoids do the trick too (they're the ones in the tiny tin).
If you have the EO (essential oil) and have carpeted floors, place a few drops on the carpet around where you're sitting and just breathe... but use sparingly as a little goes a LONG way. Or you could place a few drops on a hankerchief instead.
Also, ginger tea is great. Brewing it fresh can be a pain, so look for bagged tea at your supermarket.
Good luck, Sweets... feel better soon.
