I don't know who said that.  I saw a partial reference to that in a quote. The reasoning behind that was to go back to the main board, for those who didn't like the bluntness of R&R.  I see how it could be misinterpreted.

I just wanted to add one other tid-bit about the Regulars on R&R.... We are not a bunch of jerks in fact there is tons of respect over there, but newbies tend to have to earn it.

A couple of weeksago we were waiting very impatiently because of us was due to have a baby. We could not wait to see her.. Lots of us have claimed her as "OUR R&R baby".. She is beautiful as his her mom.. both who are not the least bit pasty skinned..

I was over this yesterday.  I wasn't even home last night, but I must say that anyone who feels that they have a right to haze people is a jerk in my book.  "earn it?"  Seriously?  Even if that's how you feel, your counterparts are not on the same page.  I have had pleasant interactions with several of the regulars on other boards, but the minute they get behind the the R&R curtain, they turn into something else.

If you care enough to prove you're not a jerk then don't act like a jerk, it's simple.  The mob mentality over there is dead wrong.  PERIOD.  All of this is so funny to me coming from people in various stages of fatassery.  We of all people should be compassionate enough to not jump into things that  have nothing to do with us and are nothing more than bullying and nastiness. BAF is not perfect, but I can say EVERYONE is welcome here and no one has to "earn" the warmth we show one another.  Have a lovely day.

That's cause this is a support board.. R&R was created to be something different. WoW I was suppose to feel welcome when the board I am part of is liken to the KKK... Hmmm

Did you see me say that or anything like it?  I am willing to have a dialog about me, myself and I only.  Re read what I said, if you have any issue with it I'm happy to address it, but if  your beef is the rasist stuff then I'm not your target.  Beyond that no disrespect or offense, but I just want to drive my point home.  You mentioned you have a gay son.  Would it be ok for people to be nasty and abusive to him because he was in a non gay friendly environment?  See how that makes no sense?

Of course it would not be OK with me if someone where doing anything to my son..And it would not be cool to me if anyone where doing anything to you.. I am the most liberal , and excepting person around( except idiots I hate them).
But you where grouping R&R as US and then say you are only accountable for YOU. WE on R&R are individuals and we have issue with each other often. But we all understand that we can say what we feel and there is no sugar necessary. So if I tell someone one day they are being a ***** the next day they start over..(Now this does not hold true for trolls or frequent offenders).
I think you would be surprised at how R&R really rolls.. You should all come over and check it out. We like to have conversation with different people from different thoughts.. But that does not mean that we won't say anything negative ever..
And I was not really talking to you...I was responding to others who made to comments.. But all is good and I hope our paths cross again..

And you did say the "Pasty faces ***** could suck it"..   If I or any of us would have made a  comment about you "sucking it" that would be fine.. But if we put your color in front of it.. NOT COOL!!!!!  I would have been all over them.. So yes you did say some race stuff...

Now you're assuming and reaching.  Since you don't know me I can see how that's easy to do, but FYI... ANYONE can be a pasty faced ***** to me.  In my circle I/we say that all the time.  Pasty denotes, dull, dry, lifeless, or too much make up.  It has absolutely nothing to do with color.  If that is some type of epithet, I was unaware and would be happy to remove it from my lexicon. 

Furthermore.  My words were directed at Andrea with whom I had words.  The sheep on the R&R board jumped in and came after me even though they had no idea who I was.  I do not accept, nor am I prone to intolerant behavior based on things like race, sexual orientation, nationality etc.  I also despise mob mentality and will not participate in it.  If I have something to say, I don't need anyone to cosign or agree.  I put it out there and I'm done. 

If someone told me to suck it, I'd be just fine with that IF they had anything to do with the altercation.  That is not what happened  here.  I told Andrea I refused to bicker with her.  She didn't like that much and brought the **** over to R&R to rally her shrews.  My post here was an inside joke that only regulars would understand.  It didn't start with "oh look at this ******g moron or whatever"  It was about my posting somewhere else which again is an inside joke.  Anything negative I said was my opinion based on history and observation of Andrea, not an attack on white people en mass.  The other people who had something to say knew who she was and have interacted with her as well.  You see how that's different from being attacked just because your "friend" said someone was a *****

 And you know what's funny?  I got a PM from one of them apologizing to me.  So as I said people say one thing one place but behind the R&R curtain it's a whole nother ball game.  I think if you spent any time over here you would come to see that I'm big on being true to yourself and grown up about things.  I have a very low tolerance for tomfoolery, cyber bullying and general assholery.  Unfortunately people don't like being called out or ignored.  The bottom line is that CB and my exchange was done.  There was no reason for Andrea to jump in it in the first place and certainly no reason to posse up her crew and invite my being bashed because I refused to argue with her.   

Ya ass just made it into the BAF Book of World REcord for the most hits to a post-if I am not mistaken.

and don't forget I sparked a race war.  All over some damn chicken!  A mess.
