I did that too Nasir..............and its to be expected for you so early in the journey.

You are still mourning food so to speak.......

Its funny, right before I laid down I was picking out my outfit for work today and dancing and singing a song by En Vogue and acting like I was the 5th member.....

Remember that song.......Never gonna get it, never gonna get it......

Maybe thats what had me feeling like a DIVA.

In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

Yo thats crazy because now I have all sorts of dreams, nothing foos or WLS related. Last nigh a creature was chasing me, the bastid was blue in color. Maybe it was Crackhead Smurf.

I have dreams where I am running and I'm actually enjoying it. That's about as far as my weight loss dreaming goes.

Plum I go through the same stuff -- there are many days when losing weight is the only thing on my mind (so sad, but true). I even have dreams about it
