Excess Skin...
I have typed this several times here, GENETICS has a lot to do with it. You can excercise 365 a year but that does not gurantee whether or not you will end up with sagging skin.
The only plastic I had was a tummy tuck (that was done when I was almost 6 years post-op). My legs and arms are toned.
I recommend anyone who is considering plastic to consider having it done when you are least 18 months out and your weight has been stable for at least 6 months.
Amazing! So did you work out the whole time you were losing weight? And what does/did that entail? I'm doing water aerobics, lifting little weights, walking & eating right. Don't wanna have to tuck my 'skin' in when all is said & done.

Hey Lil, did your son graduate from KHS? if so our kids graduated together.
Anyway, I am really bottom heavy and that is one of my main concerns. I addressed it with my surgeon and he looked at me and said of course he cannot predict it, but he doesn't think i will have too much of a problem with it. I cant take that to the bank so....
I guess this is one of those "wait and see" things.

Thus far I've lost 142 lbs and I have some skin going on in my upper thighs (I can live with) and my belly (I want done after kids realistically) and my boobs. I'm just 1 year out so although I research I don't see me having anything done for quite a few years. Everything I buy flatters my figure and hides the skin but I wouldn't trade the 140 lbs back for the saggy skin I got in a million years!
