HE has always got your back.......

I hate those who cling to false gods, but I trust the LORD. 

I will rejoice and be glad because of your mercy. You have seen my misery. You have known the troubles in my soul.

Psalm 31: 6-9

How many times have you been near what you see as the end and not hit rock bottom?  It may have been when you lost a job and thought your bills wouldn't be paid then something happened and you were spared the last minute issue.  Or you may have lost your home or car - but you didn't lose your way to work and you didn't end up on the streets.  That's because God does, indeed, have you in the palm of his hand.  His answers aren't always going to match your answer - but your salvation is a foregone conclusion if you have faith.

God doesn't promise that you won't ever see misery.  We are all sinners at best in this world - we try to live our lives to please and honor God, but many times fall short and ask for his forgiveness and seek his mercy.  God is always there for us - but he's not an order taker.  You can let him know your wishes, show him your heart and he will provide. 

So often we get caught up in our lives and don't see the bigger picture - we can never see the picture that God creates - it's TOO big for any of us to understand.  He's planned our days long before we even took a breath - and he's got everything figured out.  But we STILL try to make changes, alterations or get things going faster.  Why?  Lots of answers for that - human nature, selfishness, greed, etc.  But - when things aren't right or issues arise, we turn to God with a quickness and ask - what's up with that?  LOL - what's up with that is God is teaching you.  Iron is not forged with cotton - it's forged by FIRE.  Every challenge you endure and conquer makes you stronger as a person - every test of your faith should make you more of a believer. 

I love the song "In the Morning" - heard a version years ago by someone I can't remember, but found the Mary Mary cut - didn't know it came from Psalm 30:5 His anger lasts only a moment. His favor lasts a lifetime. Weeping may last for the night, but there is a song of joy in the morning.

So get up this morning and SING!!!!!  It's the morning and the storm has passed.

Wow ~ God shows up when you least expect it. I'm having a horrible day at work this morning. These jokers called me three times before I even got here. I was so upset and I'm usually the encourager. I'm running reports now and decided to come on OH to get a laugh or just see what was poppin. I didn't expect this......Thank you Lord for always being "on time".

AMEN, AMEN!!  When we lean on Him and not to our own understanding, we realize that He does have it all figured out.  We just need to come into line with His plan and His way of doing things, being obedient and faithfull and then His blessings abound!!  Without that, we are lost!  Everyday we must enter His gates with thanksgiving and praising His name for He He is worthy to be PRAISED!!   Singing His praises this morning !!   Be Blessed!!!!

Thanks MM....this was excellent.  I tell you what God might not have done things in my time....but when I look back he was always right on time. Very good reading....wish I had seen it sooner...it would have definitely made my day....as it stand it will take me into the evening. God Bless!
