Protein shakes
I'm stuck on this one right now.
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
Milk or water (i use soy milk)
1/2 banana and ice....throw it all in the blender, and there you have it!
(this always works well if you want to substitute peanut butter in place of the banana). I've also done it with SF Andes Chocolate Mint candy (when I was going through my Girl Scout Thin Mint withdrawal lol).
Also, I add vanilla protein powder to my Hot Green or Chai Tea, this is really good as well.
