I have absolutely no comment on last week. This week I am on it for real. The plan is to work out 5 days a week and focus on protein at meal times. So far today, workout is done, vitamins are done and I am forcing down a protein shake for breakfast right now.

Last week was ok I did lose 4 pound I didnt make it to the gym everyday but I did get some exercise done. I eat right and take all of my vitiams.

Will have a better week.

Well last week I was sick with acute sinusitis and then aunt flo came for a long painful visit.  I'm still trying to kick her out but she's still here.  I didn't get any cardio in last week but I did some basic crunches and dumbbell exercises twice last week.  My water wasn't the best either as I would come home from work (the days I actually made it to work) and go straight to bed.  This am the scale was up by .4 lbs which I can deal with.  I planned out and my meals for the week and got my tail out of my warm bed this am and worked it out so I'm back on track.

No weight loss last week.  Several attributing factors.  I saw a huge snake on my walk and haven't walked since... is one, but I have to find another option TODAY.   I've been getting in my protien and water, also making good food choices.  I just need to get my work-out on immediately!! 

I will have better results this week!!

I didn't drink enough fluids last week...IM ON IT THIS WEEK.I worked out three times last week.Im back at work and Im getting a lot of fluids in.My plan this week is to do everything right.I made a decision to change my life and I need to not take advantage of my Tool.I recieve some very good advice fom judy  Ms.Hondurian Queen told me to keep a journal for everything.This advice is going to be very helpful.

I'm down 4 pounds. Yeah!
I still need to exercise more. Found out that my fibroids are back which have brought on a case of serious anemia. I'm increasing my iron per doctor's orders.  Hopefully I will feel like exercising once my levels are up.

BTW: I don't know what possessed me, but I decided to ride my bike to the corner store Saturday instead driving as I would normally do. Why didn't anyone stop me? I mean there should have been some alarms or something that went off when I left out of my subdivision because that was the most taxing ride I have ever been on. I would have stopped in the middle of the street if not for the line of traffic behind me. I was forced to ride to the end of the street where with the store in sight, I pulled over into another subdivision to catch my breath. Never again!

Well I lost 2 lbs this week...The only thing I would have did different was exercise...I am going to Target to get the suit that makes you sweat and will use my treadmill...I have 37 more lbs to lose and 18 weeks to go...I am looking to be at least 214 on Sunday.

I'm having a horrible week(s).  Damn the scale and damn me for not doing what I'm supposed to be doing.  My goal is to get back on track starting with dinner and follow through for the rest of the week. 
I only did 45 minutes of exercise today.  I plan to hit the track tomorrow since I'm off.

Hey Y'all,
Still trying ot figure out the new lifestyle. I don't know how much I've lost (told the dr. not to tell me) because I dont want to focus on numbers right now. Weight fluctuates so much, that I can not take the emotional roller coaster. During the honeymoon phase, I figured the weight loss surgery will do its job, so I just need to focus on living this new lifestyle...so that's my goal for this week.

I lost 2 pounds.  I followed the Nut's advice and started having breakfast early.  I've had a protein shake or bar when I get up instead of waiting until I get to work.  I have decreased my daily protein to 60 grms a day and added more fresh fuit and vegetables.  I even stopped exercising.  I'm eating something every 3 hours or so my body is out of starvation mode.
