Yo I am the QUEEN of wooo woo woo giving to people on stalls, especially on the DS board. "Girl, it happens to everyone", "You're prob losing inches", "Wait till you have that big loss after your stall"
Well.......it aint cute when it happens to you!!! I've been working out, eating decent, and still not getting the numbers I want. This week I'm going to eat more. I'm gonna strive for 120g of protien and see how that does.

I did try the Syntrax Nectar Strawberry Kiwi, plain yogurt, frozen strawberries, lite juice- smoothie. Made me wanna slap my momma!!! I didn't even notice it before in the samples you sent me. Thanks babe!!

Week wasn't bad. Didn't stay on protein train as far a my shakes, but I did eat properly.
tried to exercise 5 days a week, got in 4.
Plan for this week: 48 grams of protein,
64 oz of water, take all and exercise 5 days week (30 min each day).
Learning not be beat myslef up.
Just don't fall off and stay off the train, jump back on.

I losted five pounds and I pretty much stuck to the plan all week. I am happy with last week results I think being able to workout on my ellipitical is really helping me. This week I will strive for more water in my diet and being more active than thirty minutes a day. Twenty minutes ellipitical, twenty minute walk, and ten minute arm toning dvd is the plan starting today.

It's rainy here in New Jersey as well. I soooo didn't want to get up this morning!
I weighed in this morning -4.4 lower than when I started this challenge. (Didn't weigh last week because of my period.) Gotta admit I was hoping for bigger numbers, but it will come.
My plan for the week: make good food choices, get in all my vitamins (I'm kicking butt in this area!), get in EXTRA water, and exercise at least 3 times per week.

Last week was one of my best to date. I'm still struggling with the water but only because I stopped the flavoring and am now drinking pure. I am however happy to report that I got it all in on yesterday
....pray for me.
I have no choice but to stay on track with the eating but it's very easy with the sleeve as long as I follow the rules. I lost a total of 6lbs and have been walking walking walking.
I just want to add that I was treated to Red Lobster on yesterday and was able to order the kids meal of baked flounder, a salad, potato, and and a biscuit
. I was only able to eat a small portion and I did treat myself to a smidgon of that bless-ed biscuit. That wonderful meal was only $499. woo hoo.
This week I plan to continue focusing on getting in the water and protein and exercise.

Ok ....going to be honest here....3 weeks of nuthing...I need to get it in gear....this is why I have been stalled for 6 months....I can't get motivated to exercise...cuz I know thats all I need. I have had one day of exercise for the past three weeks!
And that's my fault no one else I need to get of my arse and do the do.
