Thank you, it did take a lot of guts but I just wanted everyone who has encouraged me to see where I was and hopefully help them in some way. He didn't say anything about scarring I asked the nurse yesterday at my follow up and she said that since they were dissolving stitches the scars would be minimal. If I had any problem at any point to just ask and they could prescribe something. I don't think I can buy Maderma here though.

LOLOLOL that is not nice....I hurt from laughing but ok.....he was certain pre op that I had enough breast tissue remaining that he would not need any more than 300 cc. I spoke to him in my very adult firm voice and said anything less than DD is unacceptable to me. He went with 350 cc and they really are big. I had to put a bra on today because I made a mistake with the whole post op garment thing. And I am fitting snugly into a 34 F. I am beyond pleased with that.
