I believe I'm cooking salmon tonight with a nice fresh salad....its kinda nice today so want something lite on the palette. I don't know what I'm going to have the rest of the week. I really need to plan at least a couple of nights.

I slow cooked some chicken in chicken broth last night with some cajun spices. I'll probably steam some of my Green Giant single serve veggies.
