MM's Sunday Dinner Shout Out

She probably sleeping like people with sense so I'm posting because I need some meal ideas for the week......so lets hear it.  What are you cooking today?

I think I am going to keep it simple. 


Trying to kick up the protein.


Before I shower for church,  I am going to boiled me some chicken wings seasoned in black pepper, onions, green peppers and calorie free Parkay Spray.

Good Morning Miz D, how are you this Sunday morning?  I'm lookin around for Ms Trina aka MM as well - she must still be sleep - i think she went to a house party last night so she is probably tired and getting her beauty sleep lol.  Anyways today I am cooking smothered pork chops, with chopped onions, green peppers, celery, maybe some minced garlic, mashed potatoes, and fresh green beans, and dinner rolls.  Getting ready to get dressed for church and plan to relax once I get home.   Hope you and all of the BAF fam have a blessed and glorious Sunday.

I like that smothered pork chop idea - I might copy that using turkey cutlets.......

Today for myself keeping it simple...tuna salad for me..

for the fam..some steaks that I have been marinating, mash potato's and spinach.

Morning Mz, D.  I am making  baked steak with onionsalong with some sweet potatoes (without added sugar), and peas.  Also for next week making some turkey with wheat pasta for every two days.  Liking those smothered chops have to remember that for future.  Have a restful Sunday all

Heeeyyyyy yall!!!  LMAO - WHEW chile..... that house party was off DA CHAIN!!!  They did the damn thing UP!!!  They had a mock Vegas casino night - professional casino setup w/blackjack, roulette and all - plus a full FREE bar and DJ - man.... I had a damn BLAST!!!!

Ummm - cooking - yea, right.... ummmmm - Don't think I'll be doing any of THAT today..... I will probably just do some spaghetti sauce w/ground turkey for this week, I still have chicken enchiladas and meatloaf left from last week.  and Oh yea!  I didn't make the salmon croquettes last week - so they will get their chance this week........

I gotta wake the hell up and go grocery shopping.....

Hey MM...you SOUND tired in this post!  I had a busy day yesterday...but today...I'm worshiping at Bedside Baptist!

I have decided to stay in on Sundays for a while, especially during this long healing process; and I am loving it very much!

Now...put some toothpicks in those lids and wake your arse up...and get to the sto'!

I just finished my protein shake and am try to put together a shopping list, girl..... I will drag azz outta here in about 15 or so min...... Gotta find my sunglass first......

I ain't had that good a time in a long time, it was very good to be out and have that good of a night.

So, I did work last week...but the doctor and I decided to do this at home...so, I'm now at home for at least the month of May (yes!)...therapy at home...and then will begin going to therapy at a facility. 

Girl...my BF Niecy just headed out to the grocery store with both our shopping lists...it's good to have someone do your shopping for you - I truly appreciate her - because my shopping experience last week..was HORRIBLE...I had a crazed person of the "pink" persuasion act a plum fool...and the only reason she didn't get the ph*#k slapped out of her face...was because it was Sunday...and I was in a fairly good mood - but she made an arse out of herself in front of a few people...even the check out person asked me if I was ok...talked about her really bad...idiot.
