Ok so yesterday I thought I was gonna die.  I ate the cheese off the top of a piece of pizza and for three hours had gas pains that had me calling my doc...

He told me to take some tylenol and to do liquids the rest of the day.... So needless to say I won't be messing with pizza for a while...damn lol


Anyway this Sunday I am taking it easy..

b- strawberry's and yogurt with a scoop of protein 

L- same as breakfast.

d-tuna salad



The weather should be nice so I plan on taking a 3mile walk...water and vitamins.

Lunch - 1/2 BLT
Dinner - Salmon Cake w/ side spinach salad
Snack - Graham cracker w/ cheese
Gal water/vits - extra calcium and B12

Hey Miz D...

I thought I was the only one that still ate Raisin Bran.  I uses to load it with sugar as a kid could not wait to get to the bottom lol

Bfast - 1 slice of wheat toast with peanut butter.  Coffee.

Lunch - Not real hungry, prolly will eat an orange or something.

Dinner - Meatloaf, brown rice and green peas

All water and vitamins
No exercise

Breakfast-piece of steak grapes and 2 chicken tenders (leftovers from last night)
Lunch-ummmm nothing yet maybe more of the above
snack-probably kaski bar
dinner-salmon and salad
snack-pb crackers
bedtime snack-mayfield jr ice cream or a oatmeal pie made with Splenda
exercise probably a walk
shoot haven't taken any vitamins yet
and water nil
