Why do I always feel like five minutes after Thanksgiving dinner ended?

Just had to rant and rave today.

After a three oz breakfast of ham and cheese, proteins only, I feel like I'm pushing away from the table after a feast.  Breakfast was three hours ago.

I'm almost three months out.  Should I still remain so full for so long?  I have to load up on water when I wake in the morning, and then again in the evening before bed, because once I eat there is no room for daytime liquid intake.

So of course I end up skipping meals and relying on protein supplements instead.  It would be so nice to just have a little piece of meat and some fruit or veg at each meal without having to feel it in my pouch for the whole day.

I wouldn't be complaining,  I eat and 10 minutes later i'm looking in the fridge for something else.    My hunger is a grey hair biotch.

Enjoy it while it lasts.

One day you're going to wake up and WISH for those days when you didn't have an appetite.  Make the most of this honeymoon period.  Eat high quality lean proteins when you do eat, take your supplements when you can't and get in your exercise.
Also, make sure you're chewing your food thoroughly so it won't be too dry to pass through your pouch.

Definitely what they said. I don't think I've ever felt that full feeling and I wish I had it. I just fix how much I should eat and eat that and nothing else (well most of the time). I would love to feel full every time I eat. I understand that you need to get your fluids in, but enjoy the sense of fullness that you are getting.

OK I hear you, be careful what I wish for.

I am glad I no longer graze all day.  Still, it would be nice to actually enjoy a meal...

Thanks for giving me some perspective.
