It's just some worn off skin nothing big, I will put a square bandage on it tonight before I run so I won't be getting scars.
I hope I can do it, I really want to bad but i'm feeling a bit down lately feeling like i'm running out of time. I just need some midol.

congrats Lee! you give a new meaning to the word RENEGADE!!! i'm no longer a c25k-er. i'm anal when it comes to my music and that podcast was getting on my nerves! anywho, i still run but now i get on and get my 5 minute warm-up in and then i run until i psych myself out of it...usually last around 30 minutes! keep at it! you'll be at your goal before you know it.

Good to hear your still running, I need a program so this works great for me. But now that I have this nike plus I can run off any music and it makes my program for me so when I finish this 8K deal I may just start using my own playlist of music.

You are doing so good. Keep it moving girl, you are my insipration. I was tired last night also but I pushed myself to finish.
Below is the blog to friends I sent out for the last 2 nights. I have gotten comments back that I am not writing as much as I used. I have just been tired this whole week. I have decided that in June, I will begin training for a triathalon. I will give myself 1 year to prepare.
Wednesday April 29, 2009 Couch to 5k / week 7 / day 4. I did a 1 minute warm up walk , then I jogged the full 25 minutes and then did a 5 minute cool down walk.
I have yet to experience a runners high. I just experience tiredness and heavy breathing. I am just glad that I am pushing on. I have 2 more weeks in the program to go. I may skip next week’s program and jump right into week 9 because I need to increase my distance in enough time for the 1st race on May 23rd. Thursday April 30, 2009 Couch to 5k / week 7 / day 5. Let me clarify. I dont "officially" blog. I just call my nightly email to friends my blog since I go on and on about my excercise stuff.
I am not too technically savvy, which is why I have nothing under my OH profile. It took me forever just to get the avatar there.

i haven't done my fun 4 2day yet. seems i will be doing it late 2night after son gets home from soccer practice.
i'm using the nike coach and 2day i think i'm doing 3 miles. sunday is 4 miles though! i'm worried about that! i don't know why, though, i guess the thought of adding more miles is daunting even though i'm sure i can do it!

It is not hard, once you know you can do 3 miles you just have to push a tiny bit more to get to 4, i'm working on hitting 5 right now and it is nothing like I thought it would be it's pretty easy when I don't feel bummed out like today.
Andrea when you are running a 3k or whatever k on nike plus does it give you voice prompts? I know I get prompts if I push the button but wondering if it does it automatically when you set it to run a distance.

it gives you voice prompts and lets u know how far along you are.
for instance, when i'm doing my 5k, it lets me know when i've completed 1k, then when i've completed 2k then when i have 2.5 to go, 3k complete, 4k complete, 400 meters, 300 meters, 200 meters, 100 meters, and done.
it's pretty nifty.

i get 2 use my own music.
