Accountability Check-in....for EVERYBODY

Happy Friday All!

Just wanted to make sure all are following whatever plans you may have in place to battle this WL demon we are all fighting.

Eating right, exercising, drinking all your water, getting in all the protein and vitamins.....these things go hand-in-hand.  It's hard to be consistent with ALL of these things, but accountability helps *for me*.

This post is for all to reaffirm that you are committed to conquering this demon.  Give a shout out...tell us that you are working your tool...and will make this a LIFESTYLE CHANGE.  I've found that if we look at this like that...as opposed to dieting, it is MUCH easier to stick with the rules and get to the goals we have set for ourselves.

I had an 'ah ha' moment while watching Oprah's show yesterday.  Kirstie Ally was on there...along with this other guy who lost and gained back all their weight...plus.  I sooooo do not want to be in THAT place!

Have a wonderful weekend BAF!  LET'S DO THIS!!!!!!!

Hey KIM!!!!!  Chile you ain't NEVA LIED!!!!  It's everyday - and it's about being TRANSPARENT!!!

Most of us vets have been ducking and dodging each other these last few months and have now come together to admit what we have been doing in the dark....... EATING and MESSIN UP!!!!

One thing I have found is that whatever *I* am doing - several OTHER mofos are doing too!  I am NEVER alone - so not only do I take this vow to be more conscious of my lifestyle change, but also vow to keep UP my transparency - and let yall know when I AIN'T right as well as when I got it right.

Happy Friday - I'm working on this protein shake RIGHT now - then oatmeal - then vitamins before I walk out of the door......

WE can do it!!!!

Trina, girl that Oprah show yesterday was a REAL eye opener!  That guy lost over 900 lbs!  He is in the Guiness Book of World Records as the best dieter, or something like that.  HE GAINED ALL THAT WEIGHT BACK.....PLUS!  Kirstie Ally did the Jenny Craig thing on TV and she also gained all the weight back...plus.  That shiot is scary AND REAL!

I didn't see the show - but folk like that are my 'fear' motivator that keeps me on the grind and pulls me back when I get outta hand......

As for me - 198 last week, 193.4 this morning - I got a new focus to be 185 when I hit the table on 5/27

that's 26 days - gotta go - I got WORK to do!!!!  LOL

Right on time, beautiful!

I am rolling in to reaffirm my commitment.  This journey of ours to health should be viewed as a lifelong battle.  You know the quote, "anything worth having is worth fighting for".  Our health should be NO different.

Thanks for this on this Friday.  Hopefully it will end the week of no-no's and begin a new week and beyond of win-win's.
