B - protein shake, oatmeal w/raisins and skim milk
L - will be treating myself to something out - probably grilled fish at Red Lobster
S - yogurt
D - chicken tacos
All water, vitamins and whatnot

Upper body workout, abs/obliques
Walking this evening with my daughter
L - Stir-fry vegetables
S - Lowfat yogurt with pineapples
D- Stir-fry vegetables with chicken

LOL!!! However - I AM getting a sense of satisfaction and accomplishment out of it - and I do feel better.
