L - turkey meatloaf with mashed taters, peas
S - yogurt
D - grilled fish, some veggie
Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - still struggling on the calcium - but have added B-12 sublingual
Planning to hit the gym - 20 min treadmill, full body weights

L- a grilled shrimp salad
D- Not quite sure yet, but leaning towards a grilled steak and salad
Protein shake later in the day, already took my vitamins (gotta remember those-my blood cell count during my last check up with the surgeon wasn't great), and lots of water--even if I slosh when I walk.

LUNCH..................green giant steamed veggie mix with garlic sauce and more grapes
SNACK ..................coffee
DINNER.................had a salad last night and I think i'll have another one tonight....I have been having fun trying out new salad dressing flavors ...lite and FF versions of course

Why they having a working lunch in my office today and ordered pizza than have the nerves to say Marsha what can you eat. I told them heifer don't worry about me I am cover.

s- small applesauce & large navel orange
l- 1/2 fillet of baked tilapia
1/4 cup of goya pink beans
s -1/2 of protein bar
1 oz of mixed nuts....
d -salad with all the fixins and low cal dressing......
Multivitamin, Water, water & more water
Hitting the gym tonight.....HRM and Zune are ret to go !
