Karate Tournament Results

Being as humble as I can  Heres what happened at the Karate Tournament Sunday. I competed in two events Tradition Japanese Kata Forms and Sparring.

 In Kata Forms I Won a 1st Place Trophy


In Sparring I won a 2nd Place Trophy

u know u aint right girl. i told u its just a light sprain. think of it like this if i sprained my wrist hitting him in the chest imagine how his chest must feel. something to think about
