Lacking motivation
I was all pumped up yesterday. I was going to exercise like crazy this week. Then I woke up this morning and all I wanted to do was roll over and go back to sleep. Maybe it is the rain. Maybe it is all of the extra work I've been doing lately. But I just cannot get it together today to work out. Should I... Yes. Will I... It doesn't look good.
I'm right there with you, Sis! Mornings are the hardest for me 'cause I love me some SLEEP! But, I also know that if I don't exercise in the AM, the chances of me getting it in later in the day are slim to none. Thankfully, I got up and did it today... but I did fall back asleep afterwards.

I need some motivation too. I have a plan for a morning workout....but I just cant get up to do it. I actually like exercising once Im in the swing of it too.
My thing is Ive gone from a size 22 to a size 13/14 and Ive gotten complacent. Nevermind that my goal is a 9/10 and 40 more pounds. Somebody give me a verbal kick in the rear,,,,,Im begging you!!!

I feel the same way however if I don't get it over with in the am then it probably won't happen for the day. I'm good if I can get going each day but if I miss for any reason, it's so hard to get going again. I've been sick with acute sinusitis so I've been sleeping and now I'm starting to feel better and it's hard to get back in it...but I gotta do it. We can do it girl!!!
