Communion = dumping?

I saw Talisha say this on Free Your Soul's post - saying he's gonna hope it doesn't make him sick...

So dang, a sista gonna have to avoid taking Communion for awhile or forever?

Taking chapel cap off, holding up the line as she finally decides not to take Communion. Singing O The Blood of Jesus as she goes back to her seat feeling like a sinner.

Seriously, though??? Does taking that lil shot of grape juice and that wafer make you dump? I 'd have never thought of it!!!

I have an @$$h*le, therefore I have an opinion. or two... or forty.

It didn't for me. I worried about the same thing, but I figured there was no way the Lord would allow me to dump when doing something He told us to do. Besides it is so small I doubt our system would even recognize it was there.

I've never dumped from communion. Remember, (at least for me), it takes at least 8g of sugar to cause an adverse reaction. There's NO way there's that much sugar in those little glasses. And don't even sweat the wafer. (No pun intended!)
