WEDNESDAY SHOUT OUT

I put frozen fruit...any mixture that contains strawberry and blackberries and I add banana because to me that adds sweetness, a container of lite yogurt, green tea and flaxseed w/ the unjury.  Non-WLS folks who drink it, like it w/o complaining about sweetness...personally I don't know because I really don't eat a lot of sugar and hate artificle sweetner so I don't add that although some people do add a packet of sweetner.

Bfast - chocolate mint protein shake
Snack - turkey, cheese and maybe avocado roll up
Lunch - tuna on salad greens with 1 multi-grain cracker
Dinner - haven't decided yet but I have been craving seafood so maybe shrimp.

All water and vitamins
Walking for 45 mins and hitting the Y later for weights.

L- shrimp egg foo young 1/4c fried rice
S- RTD choc shake after workout
D- Dreamfield's lasagne with extra mozz on top
S- carbsmart ice crem bar

100 oz water, vits, running the trail at lunch
