WEDNESDAY SHOUT OUT
took a water pill yesterday
but **** it - 194.2 this morning. So, I put the rat poison back under the counter - was gonna start snacking on it if the 198 had turned into 200.
i am still on my 'high' from my approval so I am actually NOT HUNGRY!!!! LOL
B - protein shake, slice of toast
L - jason's deli sammich, fruit
S - yogurt
D - fish, some veggie
All vitamins, 80 oz of water
MIGHT get into the gym - didn't last night due to a serious client situation that kept me in the office, so I am mad about missing my time.

Exercise - taking the steps all day vs elevator (and I'll be in and out of my office all day...so why did I wear 3.5 inch heels....DAYUM).

I been craving pickles and eating them. Was bloated yesterday so u not alone, take out the feather.

Lunch-Ham and Cheeze roll ups (more salt)
Snack-Lite and Fit for Diabetics
Dinner-Hmmm choices not sure yet
64 oz of liquids, not to hard to get in with weather

Hey what do you put in your smoothie. I've been trying to switch it up since its hot outside now and they just don't taste like smoothie king. I mean I know it isn't gonn taste just like it but mine come out too frothy and not sweet enough. I put 1/2 c yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen mangos, lil lite juice, and I blend that all up and then add the unjury unflavored last. What do you put in yours?
