boot camp has worked 4 me 4 arms and legs. having 2 do multiple types of push ups and weights and squats and lunges, etc. really helps u tone all over.  we even jump up on boxes and do jumping jacks and jumping rope and mountain climbers, etc.

when i've missed class, i've done jillian michael's shred. man, she works u out and kills those spots we need extra help 4.

and, dont 4get u will need lots of cardio, too.

i just bought p90x because boot camp ends may 7th. this workout although really advanced is gonna reshape my body too. and, of course, i still run very frequently. i did the couch to 5k program by suz but now just run the 5k when i run using the nike + program.

so,

i think u have 2 do a lot.
