CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET MY CENTURY CLUB CARD POSTED ON MY PROFILE, SIGNATURE, BUMPER STICKER, AND REFRIGERATOR MAGNET PLEASE?

IT Has been a long 23 weeks and I just cant seem to wrap my mind around it!

I have been asking the same question. I lost 100 lbs and I would like to have my centrury card. I want to add it to my signature and post it all over the board. (Well maybe not all over the board). But I am proud of my accomplishment and I want to show it off. HELP!!!!!!!!!
