L - turkey meatloaf, mashed tatersw/peas
S - yogurt
D - chicken tacos

Looking to hit the gym tonight and put some work down

80 oz water, vitamins including calcium and B-12

Dinner - Chicken breast & protein shake

Water - 80 oz

Supplements - B1, B12, Vit. C & D, Calcium Citrate, Iron, Multi-vitamin

Exercise - Walk at track this evening

All day.....Crystal light
PM: 10 minutes mini stepper & arm workouts!

Good Morning--I feel like I have a stomache virus or something...I can't stop (I know TMI) but anyway here is what I have planned for today:

EM-2 chewable Pepto Bismo tablets
B-  Protein shake w/  12 oz non fat milk w/ strawberry NSA Carnation instant breakfast

S- 2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese

L-  4oz Roast w/ carrot/broccilo medley w/ italian dressing for flavor
(if stomache still feels sick will have some chicken noodle soup)

S-  baby carrots w/ Ranch dressing

D- Protein Shake w/ 8 oz nonfat milk

S- if needed--some turkey bites

all vitamins/ & about 100 oz. of H2O

20 min walk at lunch 3 mile walk when I get home.
