What's up BAF? I know I've been on lock down for a while with the job, but massa finally released a brutha! (For Good unfortunately) But God's still good! It has given me the opportunity to pursue my own business.

Things are going well with the weight loss (as you can see) LOL!

Deb and I are doing great! Kids are cool. Anyway, just wanted to hit up my fam. Thanks to those of you whoknew about my schedule and kept in touch. You're calls,emails and texts have been greatly appreciated. Holla back!
