I think it depends on the around size.  I think, for example, a 36D or 38D would look better than a 34D  (and you'll find more bras), but a 34C would probably look better than a 36C or 38C. 

I'm DD and I like my boobs.  They are flat and long but I still love um.

Sorry to "interrupt" over here on BAF but I feel a little bit passionate about boobs. LOL  You know what I've been through...here's my 2 cents.

Absolutely do NOT let someone talk you into having the implants placed on top of the muscle.  Trust me on this (even though you don't know me).  Get the implant under the muscle.  Dr Agha (on the PS board) and every other PS I've encountered other than my former surgeon agree with this approach for weight loss patients (and frankly for most other patients).

The most common "issue" after a breast lift is the lack of projection at the top.  If you want to stay a "normal" size, go for high profile implants rather than larger implants.  IMO, that is really the reason for implants if you still have breast tissue.  When just a lift is done, you don't get that "porn star projection" that everyone likes.

Get silicone implants.  They feel more natural and don't feel heavy like saline do.

Try some implants for size but keep in mind, when they're under the muscle, the muscle kinda squishes 'em so they won't look as big as they do when stuffed in your bra.

Most PS are familiar with sizing you; take a bra in the size you want to be and ask the PS to help you choose.

When you get out of surgery and for a few weeks, they'll be swollen so don't freak if they seem too big.

With a flat abdomen, your boobs will look bigger.  After my LBL and then the implants (330ccs, D cup, not high profile), I got the "dayum" reaction when I walked past men.  And with the second set (450ccs, DD cup, high profile) the reaction was "DAYUM".  My next set will be smaller (and under the muscle).

I have several pics of several sizes that I'll be happy to share with you privately although not sure they'd help 'cuz both of my sets were saline, on top of the muscle (one was high profile, one wasn't).

That is really true Kimberly.   After Becca had her tummy tuck her boobs looked huge and they still look huge.  Flat stomach makes your boobies look big anyway so you may want to consider that.
