I was in DC but obviously missed the drama because you as many others are one that I didn't meet nor did I recognize until after the fact when I was at home thinking "oh that's who that was."
I wasn't there for the drama and I put my pom poms down years ago. I can only say this:

Anger is horrible on the body--It causes high blood pressure, heart problems, sleep problems, ulcers, etc. DC was over 2 months ago!! In the words of Keyshia Cole "Let it Go!" Only you can allow others to make you angry--People shouldn't allow people to have that much power over them. You have done AMAZING with your Surgery--don't let your anger overtake your blessings--
