I did wonderful last week I am down 5 pd and my first mini goal done. My plan for this week  4 days in the gym to continue walking half on my lunch break at work and get in additional 3 miles when I get home in the evening. Please pray for me because I don't like the heat but I will commit to my walking.

I lost four pounds last week.Im one month out so I moved my workout to one hour of walking with hills included five days a week.Im ready...When I get released from the doctor I will going back to the gym...I will be getting more fluids in also this week...

Hello!!!

This past week was good!!  I lost 4lbs.. Had all my meals planned out overdosed on water and walked at 3-4 miles each day!!! Got my vitamins in!!!

I've been looking for this post all day! I've lost 5 pounds last week so I'm excited about that. I am doing the couch to 5k program and I think that's what took me out of my stall!!

~ If I can lose 5 pounds a week............whew!!!
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Although I didn't get to the gym last week like I intended, I did lose 5.8 lbs this week.  wo hoo!
I ate well and I did a lot of walking.  One thing that I am proud of is that I cut way back on eating fast food. 

I've also incorporated at least 16 oz of green tea into my diet per day.  This has done wonders for my BM's (TMI? )

This week I've already been to the gym once so I'm on my way.

Hello honeymooners, I am going thru some real personal stuff that took me off my game. Although I am still going thru I am going to try to remain focused on my goal. Last week was all messed up but this week I am committing to working out 5 days and increasing my protein by adding shakes back in to my plan, oh yeah and I am increasing my water as well.

Lost 5 pds last week. Had a bad weekend ate way too many crab cakes (everymeal was a crab cake)

This week will do my mini stepper 10 minutes in the am walk during my lunch hour. 10 minutes on the mini stepper in the pm. Work the Crystal Light! Get more protein in via shakes!
