Mama-

Dehydration does it, too!  Though I have a DS, I just went through a period when I couldn't get all my protein in,which made me sick, whch made me unable to eat or drink!

It's a vicous cycle, but I'm grateful today that I can eat, drink, and get all my proteins in!

By the way, as of yesterday I was two months out, and I've lost 78 pounds since February 25th!

Hey MM the last time you posted on this topic I told you how I had the same awful feeling and also I had terrible hunger pains.  Someone on baf responded to us saying that it was not enough protein so ever since then I make sure I get my shake in no matter how much protien I get through food intake.  I have felt 100% better, cause I was not taking any protein shakes cause I was just tired of them but now I love them cause I know that they keep me feeling good and I understand how important they will be for the rest of my life.  Thanks you for posts like this and to everyone who is far out and can give us newbies all the help that we seek.

Girl this is right on time because I've been experiencing these symptoms for about 3 weeks and almost passed out 3 times. I'm scared to go anywhere except to work, church and home. I will start my shakes back in the morning. I've also been skipping meals too, only eating twice a day. Thank you so much for this. Maybe now I can go in a store and shop without those symptoms.

Seems so simple, don't it?  Lemme know if you get to feeling better - I have put my shakes back in the budget and back in my routine for sure!
