SO................... IN ORDER TO FIGURE OUT THE AMOUNT OF CARBS YOU ARE GETTING YOU SUBTRACT THE AMOUNT OF TOTAL CARBS FROM DIETARY FIBER??????????????
DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY CARBS ONE SHOULD HAVE ON A DAILY BASIS?? I AM KIND OF LEANING TOWARD 30 OR LESS GRAMS OF CARBS A DAY. IS THIS REALISTIC OR AM I TRIPPIN AGAIN?......LOL!

30g of carbs a day is ideal - also - work to balance your carb intake with protein at each consumption - for example, if you consume 15g of carbs, make sure you eat 7 or more grams of protein with it.
