DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY CARBS ONE SHOULD HAVE ON A DAILY BASIS?? I AM KIND OF LEANING TOWARD 30 OR LESS GRAMS OF CARBS A DAY.  IS THIS REALISTIC OR AM I TRIPPIN AGAIN?......LOL!

30g of carbs a day is ideal - also - work to balance your carb intake with protein at each consumption - for example, if you consume 15g of carbs, make sure you eat 7 or more grams of protein with it. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
