Protein Pancakes

10 Minutes to Prepare and Cook


Ingredients

 
1/2 Cup Quaker Oats
1/2 Cup 1% Cottage Cheese
2 Egg Whites
Splenda (to taste)
Cinnamon (to taste)

Optional Add In's (these will change the nutritional value)
1/4 Cup of Libby's Canned Pumpkin
1 Small Banana
1/4 Cup of Fresh Blueberries

Michelle this is not the protein pancakes I make at all but they sound good,  I may have to try these.  

I don't add the oats or the other stuff cause that takes them from protein to just healthy and I want mine to be just pretty much all egg.

I usually cut the oats down in mine.  I love cream cheese, never thought about using that before, hmmmm.

Good Afternoon BAF,

I'm cooking Baked chicken, baked rock fish stuffed with crab meat, broccoli and cheese and mac & cheese.

I will tried everything expect the mac & cheese.

Lemon cake for the kids for dessert.

I grilled enough food on Thursday to last a week. So today we are still eating those leftovers which are chicken drums & breasts, catfish nuggets and steak. I wish I had some avocado in here and I'd surely make myself a fajita with the low carb whole grain tortillas I have. Going to cut up some sweet potatoes and put em' in the oven and soak some beans to cook for later too.

Lawwwd all of these scrumptious cuzines sound so good, but here I sit looking good and silly today. It's all protein shakes for me today. I had to put myself on punishment for what I did on yesterday.....woke up with a 3 lb gain as a result. I hurried UP and came to my senses, so cheers  and bon appetite.
