Sunday Dinner - I am excited today yall!!!!

Good Morning and Happy Sunday to you and the BAF fam! I'm looking outside and it is a gorgeous sunny morning - we had a 89 degree weather yesterday and I broke out the skorts and my tank top - i absolutely loved it. I'm cooking breakfast right now - hashbrown diced potatoes, breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs all mixed together - kinda a breakfast casserole i guess. Anyways today on the menu, bbq turkey meatloaf, fresh green beans w/ new potatoes- may do some cornbread. Gotta finish up cause i'm going to church and want everything done so i can relax after church. Have a blessed day ma and your menu sounds so good - especially the chicken w/ spinach enchiladas. Let me know how they come out.

Hey deejay!!! Gurl - them enchiladas is OFF DA CHAIN!!!! Whew!!! I put my FOOT up in those - my week is going to be RIGHT with them bad boys! LOL I am proud of ME! I posted my recipe in another post.......

I did a chicken/spinach eggroll a couple weeks ago...came out good but was too much prep work since you had to premake and freeze for a few hours before frying them.
