WATER RETENTION
I FEEL LIKE I AM RETAINING WATER! I WAS WONDERING IF THERE IS SOMETHING I CAN DO FOR THIS WATER RETENTION FEELING. ITS NOT IN MI BELLY, ITS THE WHOLE BODY FEELS PUFFED. I DO NOT HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE (NEVER HAVE BEEN) AND I AM NOT DIABETIC (NEVER HAVE BEEN) SO I AM WONDERING WHAT I NEED TO BE DOING TO KEEP THIS AWAY!

Keep up with your water and watch your salt intake. Don't know what you're able to eat yet but avoid high sodium foods. Most important is water. Even if you're drinking what you should you personally may need more to flush out what you're retaining especially around that TOM.
