B: protein now.  Boiled egg and coffee a little later
L: baked lemon herb talapia
D:  I don't know, I still have no apetite so probably fish sticks for the boy and a couple of refried beans with cheese for me.

Water: at least 8c
Vitamins: throughout the day
Iron: morning is done.
